About Perimeter Summit – Community
Perimeter Summit, a mixed-use environment located immediately south of Atlanta’s Central Perimeter, is redefining the workplace with modern, functional space connected to its surroundings in thoughtful ways.
Wide-open, flexible, highly efficient floor plates within the office towers offer tenants the ability to build a mix of collaborative spaces and hideaway niches, giving employees the freedom to explore ideas together or steal away for more individualized, focused work.
A vibrant dining and event space, meeting facilities, apartment homes, a new hotel and more than 1.8 million square feet of Class A office round out a long list of distinctive features that lend a vibrant energy to the park without overpowering it.
Perimeter Summit offers businesses, residents and visitors numerous amenities, including Villa Christina, Hyatt Regency Atlanta Perimeter at Villa Christina, state-of-the-art fitness center, lightning fast Wi-Fi with gigabit technology, a park-like setting with outdoor seating and walking paths, gourmet cafés, a coffee shop, sundries, panoramic views, a retail and restaurant mecca with over 300 dining delights and 3,600 hotel rooms a short distance away.
Perimeter Summit also offers a bikeshare program, Zagster, as a flexible and affordable way to easily explore the Central Perimeter area.
Settled in one of the Environmental Protection Agency’s “Best Places to Work for Commuters” in the nation, Perimeter Summit is a large contributor to the enhancement of the Perimeter area. In fact, GE Asset Management, the owner since the 1980s, has worked tirelessly to align Perimeter Summit’s activity and strategic growth with the goals of the Perimeter Community Improvement District (PCID). Through Seven Oaks Company’s senior leadership involvement with both the PCID and the Perimeter Business Alliance, among other organizations, Perimeter Summit’s leadership team is fully committed to the economic health of this submarket and its surrounding Brookhaven Community.
