CBRE today announced that Beazer Homes USA, Inc. (NYSE: BZH), one of the nation’s top homebuilders, has relocated its headquarters within Atlanta to Perimeter Summit. The company leased 26,062 sq. ft. on the 15th floor of 2002 Summit Blvd.

CBRE has arranged a 55,000-sq.-ft. lease for Aprio's new headquarters at 2002 Summit, a 411,000 sq.-ft. Class A office tower within Perimeter Summit in Atlanta. Aprio plans to relocate from its existing location at 5 Concourse Parkway in Atlanta in late spring of 2022.
