Short-term overflow parking solutions are available in the park. A dedicated MARTA shuttle is also provided to tenants.

Each building provides a Health Club with fully equipped cardio, weights and other exercise equipment. Showers are provided within the Health Club locker rooms.

ENHANCED CLEANING POLICY
Our janitorial partner meets the highest cleaning standards at Perimeter Summit. EPA-approved cleaning solutions are used on all surfaces, and high-touch areas are disinfected a minimum of 3 times a day. Elevator buttons and door handles are cleaned on an hourly basis.
INTEGRATED PEST MANAGEMENT PLAN
Our pest control partner provides a LEED-compliant IPM, with the use of chemicals at a last resort and in accordance with LEED documentation requirements.
